3) The dirt on the valve core of the pulse bag dust collector is caused by the accumulation of dirt at the valve core due to unclean air intake. The appearance is that the pulse valve does not move after long-term air intake or power on. The solution is to clean the valve core.

4) Damaged diaphragm: After long-term operation, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue, oxidation, etc. The appearance caused by the bag filter is that the pressure relief port and pulse valve do not work for a long time. The solution is to replace the diaphragm regularly.

5) Blockage or damage of throttle hole: Unclean intake can easily cause blockage of the throttle hole. The symptom is that the pulse valve releases air to the nozzle for a long time. The solution is to clean the throttle hole. If the throttle hole is damaged or missing, it will lose its interception function and cause abnormal pressure relief. The symptom is that the pulse valve acts after power is applied, and the pressure relief port releases air, but the pulse valve does not spray.
